Jellyfin Scrobble fails with 504 Gateway Timeout

Scrobbleing with the Jellyfin Plugin fails today with a Gateway Timeout:

    I had to disconnect and reconnect my WeTrakr Account again (due to

    https://feedback.wetrakr.com/de/p/jellyfin-plugin-connect-multiple-jellyfin-servers) and it fixed scrobbling.

    Now events are shown again and episodes are marked as watched (and not only increasing last active and the event count).

    After some time no error appeared in the Jellyfin log file, the site shows events (the count) but no recent activity (everything is from yesterday) and no activity is tracked.
