"Add Collaborators" dropdown stuck in desktop view

Steps to Recreate:

1. Click New List

2. Click Add Collaborators

3. Type in a letter or 2

4. select any one user

5. The issue - Now its impossible to type further or submit selected collaborators

Appears to be happening only on desktop, both in Firefox and Chromium based browsers.
