Advanced filters in Rating page broken

I somehow had more ratings than watched history so I opened the rating page and in advanced filters selected to excluded watched but it does nothing and still shows the entire list

    Filtering on the Rating page also does not work for me either. It also doesn’t work on the Favorites page.
