Automatically set time format based on region initially

Noticed that the website detected i was from Norway and fixed some of the formatting and stuff based on that. Date format got set correctly to dd MMM, yyyy - though I am not sure why there are 3 MMM's there and not 2, since a month is just 2 digits anyway? ooh or i guess it's for jan, feb, mar, etc instead of digits so I guess thats fine, nevermind. However I noticed I got 12 hour format instead of 24 hour format which is more common in Europe. I can just change it myself in the menu, but it would be nice if that also got automatically selected based on my region.
