Bar colours bug in lists

I think there are some bugs in bar colours:

Why is 193 red? It:s not dropped nor in hold. There are no actions at all for those items in the list.

I have been testing this and my results are that red one (in my example) means: dropped, on hold and no action.

I guess, dropped and on hold should be seperate from no action, right?

Also 193 text is greyed out and looks different than other bars.

On mobile the bar looks kind of strange. Maybe the font is too big.
