BUG: Incorrect episode shown in "Next to Watch"

The "Next to Watch" widget (https://wetrakr.com/profile/nexttowatch) shows S9E6 as the next episode for Rick and Morty, but the show's own page (https://wetrakr.com/shows/1227732) shows S9E5 as the next episode. S9E5 is the correct one. I had not started S9E6 at all. It looks like the "Next to Watch" feature is pulling from a different or outdated source than the show page itself, so the two aren't staying in sync.

Additional bug: Episode marked as "Watched" after only a few seconds of playback

To test the above, I played S9E5 briefly (about 17 seconds) to see if it would affect the "Next to Watch" display. Despite barely watching any of the episode, it was immediately logged as "Watched" in the tracking history:

This suggests the tracker is marking episodes as watched based on play initiation rather than actual watch progress or a completion threshold. Both issues should be looked at together, since the second bug may be feeding bad data into the first.
