Cast & Crew Side Scroll Button Not Always Active When Needed

On a detail page

When the side scroll button is initially disabled because the initial list is short, it does not become active when you switch to a tab (like Guest Stars) and the list is long.

2. Observe 4 actors in Cast & Crew. Right scroll button correctly disabled

3. Click Guest Stars

4. Despite long list, Right scroll button does not become active

5. (Desktop) Shift+Mousescroll to move list. Side scroll button becomes active.
