Details/Comments/Lists tab container intercepts mouse wheel scroll, causing page scroll to stutter/stop

On TV show and movie detail pages, hovering the mouse cursor over the tab navigation bar (Details / Comments / Lists) while scrolling causes the page to stop scrolling smoothly. Instead of the whole page scrolling, the scroll input appears to be captured by the tab container itself, producing a small scroll on it instead of the entire page.

Making it seem like the page stutters and fails to scroll.
