Episodes not being marked as Watched

Looks like the episodes are tracking ok from Plex when looking at the tracking history, but episodes haven’t been marked as watched (no tick), or counted in the episode progress bar, for the past few days.

The Next Episode listed is updated correctly (episode number and title), but again with an incorrect number of episodes left on the progress bar.
