'Frequently Worked Together' not listing actors correctly

Looking at a couple of actors as test examples, Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins, there appears to be a few bugs in how the 'Frequently Worked Together' section is working.

1. Actors aren't displaying in order of number of credits - J.K. Simmons has 6/4 titles with these two but is appearing further down the list than those with 2.

Also, should this take into account TV Series, where they might have worked together for multiple seasons vs. a movie. So, it might still count as 1 credit, but is just weighted more highly than a person they did a movie with?

2. It doesn't look as though everyone is appearing in these lists - Olyphant has 6 titles with Simmons, and Goggins has 4 titles. Neither of these actors are appearing in J.K. Simmons' list, and most that are listed have only 2 titles in common.
