The score on an episode card comes from what we have stored for that episode in WeTrakr's database, which we pull from IMDb and TMDB. If you don't see a rating, it's one of two things: we haven't picked up that episode's rating from IMDb/TMDB yet, so the field is still empty on our side, or the episode has fewer than 10 votes and we hide those on purpose. A 9.4 based on 3 votes isn't a rating, it's noise.
This is why it looks inconsistent in Next Episodes specifically: those are upcoming or freshly aired episodes, exactly the ones least likely to have enough votes yet. Give it a few days after an episode airs and the score will show up on its own.

Not a display bug, it's data coverage.
