Live scrobbling doesn’t always cover all scenarios, which why I am requesting for there to be an option to make the Jellyfin plugin send everything you’ve watched to Wetrakr at some given interval.
I recently watched a show. At the time of doing so, for said show TMDB had only listed one episode, while its broadcaster had released three episodes via their VOD service. (It would be broadcast simultaneously on broadcast TV.)
For the second and third episode, Wetrakr disregarded the scrobbles because TMDB hadn’t been updated, and thus Wetrakr had no entry for them either. The Trakt plugin also did the same. However, with the Trakt plugin, my watched times for those episodes ended up being counted later, because when TMDB updated their site and Trakt updated their records for the show, the “Export library to trakt” Scheduled Task provided by the plugin sent the watched timestamps for those episodes to Trakt. The Wetrakr plugin has nothing like that.
