Jellyfin scrobbler settings/config won't display on non-localhost domain

As I set up Cloudflare Tunnel to my Jellyfin instance, I noticed that WeTrakr settings does not get rendered properly. However, if user go to localhost (and any variation of it), it did render perfectly fine
