Link to episodes are not working on table view
How to reproduce:
Go to "Next to watch"
Click on "Next episodes" (https://wetrakr.com/profile/nexttowatch/episodes)
Change to table view
Click on an episode
You are sent to for example: https://wetrakr.com/shows/undefined/seasons/5/episodes/undefined where series id and episode number are "undefined" = 404.
(Episode links from "Poster view" and "Card view" are OK.)

(I had to clear cache for it to work, but all good now)
