Lists: Adding season 2 of show to same list as season 1, shows duplicate count

I have season 1 of The Undeclared War in 2 lists. Up Next and Collections. Season 2 has now completed airing. I cannot click the the Lists button and click Done to add season 2 to the Lists. When i click season 2 and add to the same Lists, the front page now says the show is in 4 Lists. it should only be 2 lists and both seasons should be in them.
