"Now playing" still shows in public profile when "Now Playing" is set to private

When “Now Playing” is set to private in Privacy settings, “Now playing” should not show on a user’s profile. Currently it still shows up on public profiles.

Tested by setting Now Playing to private in the Privacy settings, and looking up my user on a logged out account. Now Playing still shows with currently playing episode.

Workaround: Setting the entire profile to private
