Running time filter is buggy

Firstly, you can set the range from larger to smaller, which is a bit pointless.

Secondly, it doesn't work well for tv shows. When media type is “All” results are 0, but when media type is “Shows” then there are results.

Also in advanced filters when media type is Shows then there is no “Running time” filter at all, but it kind of works.
