Sub-menu navigation for "Import" issue

This is similar to the issue I reported earlier about the Apps sub-menu navigation. When I click on any sub-menu item under the “Import” main menu, the page redirects to the top of the Settings page instead of the anchored section. I can see the anchor point on the url path (#import), but it’s not working.
