Top menu and sub-menu navigation for "Apps"

Currently, when I click on “App” main menu, the page redirects to the “Sync/Scrobble” page. Since the main menu includes both Scrobble and Auto-tracking sub-menus, it will be better if the redirect goes to a page that displays items for both sub-menus.

When I click on any sub-menu item (e.g., Stremio) under the “App” main menu, the page redirects to the top of the Settings page instead of the anchored section. I can see the anchor point on the url path (e.g.

https://wetrakr.com/profile/settings#tracking), but it’s not working.
