I’m trying to import a Trakt export so I can fully move over to WeTrakr. I have successfully imported an export from Trakt before.
When I try to import, it loads the initial import options correctly. I can choose what to bring in and how to import it (e.g. only bring new items). However, when I select the import mode and it starts to import, it gives me the error message “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')”.
I have tried hard refreshing multiple times, importing in another instance of the browser, turning browser add-ons off, turning my VPN off, renaming the export, redownloading the export, and different combinations of import options. I get the same message each time.
I’m using Chrome.
