Add a 'Don't show this again' option for the Watched rating pop-up

Add a 'Don't show this again' option for the Watched rating pop-up, and add a 'Add a rating' button to the buttons list with the 'Add a review' and 'Add a reaction' buttons. This could be re-enabled via the settings.
