Add rating example to Item List Layout Settings

Currently, the Item List Layout settings page is very interactive and shows you examples of the settings, except for the rating badge.

I would add a default rating (it doesn’t matter what it is) so that you can actually see the difference between “Below the poster“ and “On the poster“ quickly on this page, just like the other settings.

    Currently the rating is hidden when you have turned off the visibility of the ratings which is what confused me. I think if you have that setting turned off, the Item Layout Settings should be smart enough to know that and disable/grey/hide this setting as well.
