Adult content not getting filtered

Settings > preferences > edit preferences > content

I’ve toggled on and off adult content, enabling all the “filter out content” and they’re still showing up in my discover tab. clicking into the movie, there’s a banner that reads: This title is hidden in your search results by your content filters: pink film. Which it clearly is not. do I need to make a filter or is there another separate setting to filter out the content?
