Alert when a season of a show is complete

I have a habit to start watching a new show or an existing show only, when a season is complete because I’m a bing watcher.

So I would love to be able to set a reminder per show that would alert me when a season is finished and I can start watching. Of course it would be deluxe if this would take into account the country I’m in, because there are a lot of shows which are released at different times in different countries.
