Allow rating if >80% of episode watched

Usually I’m scrobbling something on TV with WeTrakr open on PC. At 80%, I already know what rating I’ll give to the episode, but the website won’t let me actually give the rating until it’s 100% completed. So everytime it’s an extra click to the episode page or refreshing the dashboard so I could give the rating that I want.

The same probably applies to movies, but I don’t watch many of those.
