Automatic scheduled data backups

Allow user to schedule daily/weekly/monthly backups of all data, local or online. Ideally, these backups can then also be used to re-import into WeTrakr. This would give peace of mind in case of data loss, or if by mistake the user deletes important data and needs to recover it.
