Don't Update Progress Page After Each Episode Marked as Watched

When you mark an Episode as watched on the Progress page (and others as well?), it should only advance the episode and thumb for that show, otherwise you are scrolling and chasing shows around when trying to mark multiple episodes.

A page refresh should be a manual action, or at least an option for those that want it every time. For those that manually mark episodes, it can be a frustrating exercise otherwise.
