Format budget/revenue with tabular-nums

I just saw the sidebar snippet below and it made me wish movie budget/revenue numbers were formatted in a more visually comparable way.

Fortunately there is a CSS property for that: font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums (MDN: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/font-variant-numeric) which activates a set of numeric glyphs that are all the same size—without having to use a different, ugly, monospace font.
