Gift subscriptions

It would be great to be able to purchase gift subscriptions for others to be sent directly to their email while allowing a custom message (like as with an Amazon gift card for example).

Also to widen the appeal, having different length options (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) would be beneficial. That would lower The upfront cost for the sender.
