As managing the list can be tedious since advanced status management only can be done through the series page, i think it is nice to have a feature that’d show another status by holding planned button from its card.
Probably you can also merge https://feedback.wetrakr.com/p/make-it-easier-to-mark-a-series-episode-as-dropped and https://feedback.wetrakr.com/p/dropped-on-hold-icons-in-browse-all ideas since this will cover both cases.
