How to Go Back

I’m using wetrakr on my iPad after importing data from TV Time. I use it mainly to keep track of shows I watch and/or want to watch, where I am in a series, etc. After I mark an episode as ‘Watched’ I can’t see an easy way to return to the previous screen. I usually go to my profile and select Watching from there, but a simple Go Back button would be helpful. Thanks.
