Ignored episodes should not show in up next

Just jumped over here from trakt and loving the interface!

I have a show that I skipped early seasons of and have caught up to watch the mo last recently aired but now those first couple seasons of ignored episodes are showing up in up next. I would suggest that ignored episodes don't pop up at all in up next.
