Jellyfin Plugin: Filter Libraries to Track

Currently the Jellyfin Plugin tracks all Libraries.

I do have some Libraries with Items that are not linked correctly or not linked at all, since they do not exist on TMDB/TVDB/etc. because they are TV Recordings or my own videos.

Since this can be problematic when the plugin tries to track them on WeTrakr I want to exclude these libraries completely from tracking. (This was possible on the plugin of the service I am coming from).
