Keep watched episodes out of upcoming on profile overview if marked as watched

Hi,

First world problem, but I was wondering if there could be an option to not display upcoming episodes where the user has already marked them as watched.

I have one show where the broadcaster has made all of the season’s episodes available for immediate streaming, while simultaneously broadcasting them on TV on a weekly basis.
