Light Mode option

For usability and accessibility, wetrakr should add a light mode / light theme as soon as possible. I personally have issues using dark mode, because it makes my vision swim and can trigger migraines, and many users have similar issues, hence this is an accessibility issue. Adding a light theme will make the website more accessible to a much wider audience.
