Lists navigation + Following/Friends Lists

When viewing a list, there's no direct way to get back to your own lists page - the most accessible page is the Popular Lists page via the header nav, but you can't access your own lists from there.

Also, it'd be good to have a view of lists from your following/friends somewhere - especially if friends have lists visible only for friends. Either on the public lists page, your personal lists page, or the social page.
