Option to show various status/information badges on posters

It'd be handy to see additional information badges when browsing shows.

For example, if I'm browsing the Nordic Noir tag, I'd like to see a little flag badge for the origin country.

This could be part of a visibility toggle in the browse view and could potentially include icons for:

• Origin Country

• Language

• Status (ended, continuing, etc.)

• Network (Netflix, Apple, HBO)

• Episode count

• Last watched date

• ... anything else?

Each of these could be toggled on/off as relevant.

I'm leaning toward the settings persist until manually hidden again. Especially if the previous functionality where your last browse view persists (excluding filter) will be restored (this worked across devices too, if I remember correctly?).
