Pre-configure the sharing text with tags when sharing a title

One of my favourite features of Trakt was the ability to pre-configure the sharing text when you shared something to social media. Trakt used a tags system which filled in the relevant information.

As an example of what I’d like would be something like this:

Now Watching: [title]

Directed by [director]

#[title] #[director]
