Profile Privacy should not be a VIP *only* Feature

On the “What does VIP unlock” page, under Profile and personalization, the following feature is listed:

Profile privacy: control who can see your profile page.

This currently implies that profile privacy is a VIP-exclusive feature.

Profile privacy should not be a VIP-exclusive feature. Privacy should be enabled by default for all users, regardless of their subscription level.

Users should have control over who can view their profile without needing to upgrade to VIP.
