Profile sub-menu pins to top menu bar when scrolling down

I don't know if this would be possible at all, but it could help navigation if the profile sub-menu is attached to the top navigation bar when scrolled down a page.

Currently, the top nav will appear when you start to scroll back up - this is when the sub-menu could also appear.

I'm finding that I click the We logo to go back to my main dashboard/overview a lot, but the We link when already on a page within /profile/ takes me to the main homepage - clicking it again takes me to my profile.

Alternatively, perhaps add a 'Dashboard' link to the top nav.
