Rating bar on detail page

I've seen a few suggestions for how accessing three rating page should work. I wanted to throw out my opinion on how it should work which would be too have the “star bar” visible immediately below the watched, planning etc. bar. This would make it immediately obvious to new users how to rate things and imo rating is one of the most important aspects of the platform and deserves to be highlighted.
