Segmented series progress bar

Trakt V2 had a wonderful presentation for progress in shows one might watch out of order, or otherwise skip around. For me it would be series like Last Week Tonight, which I wouldn’t catch every episode of.

The progress bar shown below such series would have gaps in it representing the unwatched episodes. As a simple example, let’s say Demo Series has 10 episodes, and I’ve watched episodes 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8. The progress bar would look like this (here’s hoping ASCII block elements work on this feedback site!):

That makes it super easy to see not only that I’m not caught up, but that some of my missing progress is before the most recent episode I saw.

It’s disappointing that I couldn’t find ANY screenshot examples of this from the old Trakt UI in image search. I could only find screenshots of the awful redesign, except for one shot of the old progress page that didn’t have the segments option turned on (solid bars, no gaps). But I will come back and post a proper example if I ever do find one!

If I’ve missed an existing idea, please forgive me! I scrolled through all search results for “progress” and didn’t see anything like this.
