Selfhosting options via docker/ docker compose

Ideas

Something akin to solutions like yamtrack. Offering users the option to selfhost their data, have full control over their instance, uptime etc.

    but as Deigue said, it would be worth only if WeTrakr is going to be open sourced

    In hindsight, this might not make sense if wetrakr is going to be closed-source.
