Spoiler Protection on Episode Images - Only Not Watched Episodes

I love the Spoiler Protection Episode Images feature! But what would be a great addition is to have an option to only blur / show backdrop image for episodes that you have not watched yet. So in this case, for all episodes that you have watched they will show normally.
