Table + Card View uplift and bug fixes

I'm just going to list everything together as suggested uplift and bug fixes for these 2 views...

Table View - Ideas:

Especially for the Watched list, it'd be helpful to see both the air date and watched dates in the table view. Currently it only shows the year.

Table View - Bugs:

• Episodes display the show poster, but on hover it displays a cropped/stretched episode still in the poster dimensions

• All episodes hit a 404 when clicking on them

Card View - Ideas:

Honestly, I find there's a lot of information on the cards in this one, so maybe this view just isn't for me, but I feel like it could maybe be tightened a bit? Curious if others have thoughts coming from other sites...

Card View - Bugs:

• Episodes display the episode still but cropped/stretched in the poster dimensions

• In the episode breadcrumb, season is listed as 'Season title' and link is null

• Minor formatting on the episode breadcrumb where the link text extends to the space so it visually runs into the separating /

• Background image for episodes is tiled, where background image for movies is stretched to width
