I would like to suggest adding a "Trash" tab to the main page or a sub-tab within the settings section. This tab would house all deleted items.
If items are deleted by mistake or if a user changes their mind, they would have a specific timeframe to go to the "Trash" and recover them. To avoid taking up space for too long, the recovery window could be set to, for example, 48 hours.
